It is well known that most consumers who may originally make a purchase of a high-end product obtain comfort and rely on manufacturers warranties when comparison shopping and ultimately deciding which product to purchase. Ironically these same consumers, insistent in their initial search for written protection, superior service and performance ultimately become passive and rarely take advantage of the same product warranty they were so excited with at time of purchase, when an issue arises and it comes time for the manufacturer to perform under its warranty.

When a customer invests in an Aeron® chair they receive a 12-year manufacturers warranty that covers most if not all parts and labor to repair the chair in the event of a failure. It is well known that this generous and valuable warranty is one of the reasons that the popularity of this chair has skyrocketed YET so few bother to take the time to have their costly chair “repaired and fine tuned” under the warranty and in most all cases at no cost to the owner. Companies or individuals simply need to contact repairs@samflax.com, with the serial number also known as the FO number, found under the seat and arrange to either bring the chair(s) to the SAM FLAX New York City service center at 3 West 20^th Street (between 5^th & 6^th Avenue) New York City or arrange for a pick up and delivery of the chair(s) for a reasonable pick up and delivery fee. SAM FLAX will also do free on site inspections for entities with more than 6 chairs in need of repair.
